Haqqislam - Djanzaban Sniper
Another part of the Boba Fett-style Djanbazan Link Team is the sniper. One of my favorite older models from Infinity.
After finishing the grey fatigues, I used liquid masking fluid to protect them. Then I airbrushed the greens. They are based in VMC 086 Luftwaffe Camo Green, and then highlighted by adding 079 Golden Olive and then 020 Sunny Skin Tone, and finally adding 005 Ivory to the mix. Shadows are added with 089 Military Green. They are then lined with RMS Green Liner, and edge highlighted with the lightest highlight mixture.

Haqqislam - Djanbazans with HMG
I've painted up some Haqqislam models in a Boba Fett-inspired color scheme. I have a Qapu Khalqi Sectorial army in mind as I paint these, including a Fire Team of Djanbazans. Visors and Regeneration make them very exciting.
You can tell they are older Infinity model, but they still hold up OK. I can't wait to see what they do with them with the new 3D-Sculpted style they are developing.
The first thing I did was airbrush the Gray fatigues. They were base-coated in a mix of VMC 162 Basalt Grey and 103 German Camo Beige. This was highlighted first by ading 110 Deck Tan to the mix, then adding 005 Ivory. Shadows were applied with Basalt Grey + P3 Umbral Umber. Then they were lined with RMS Grey Liner, and edge highlighted with an undiluted batch of the final highlight mix (Basalt + Deck Tan + Ivory).

Assemblers. Assemble!
Combining work, holidays, and my first cold in two years, not a ton of hobbying has been going on. BUT, I have been assembling models.
Seems like every time we do an O-12 Podcast, I get a hankring for a new faction... So I've been building Merovingia, Tohaa, my mainstay PanO, Haqqislam, and even some Japanese Sectorial Army. And Nomads. And Aleph... Oi, vey,

You might notice some Dire Foes minis in that last photo... I am swooning over this Fusilier design...
TAG, you're it. I've got that Giant Robot Fever...
